I am Vedave, and I’ve been playing with RuneScape gold this char since January this year. I’m level 5 (have not trained fight (yet)), and I guess you can call me a skiller. My first intention was to achieve 99 at firemaking, finishing with an adequate WC level throughout the procedure. At present, I am 88 firemaking and 78 woodcutting (though my WC level could be considerably higher if I had properly trained it like FM). To tell the truth, firemkaing is not as easy as it appeared – it is fairly fast yes – however it demands some intense concentration and patience (especially when you consider the way that it’s near impossible to talk with anyone when training).
I have yet another account which I ceased using last year since I was sick of its own awakened skills, so decided to try making a skiller. I like my skills right now, but he feels incomplete. I had been P2P for a while, but I stopped because I was not using any of those members’ resources (occasionally woodcut supporting Seers’ lender, but that’s about it).
Item is… I’m not sure if I would like to remain a low level… fair enough, it might be cool to stay like, level 3 – 7 and also possess a skillcape, however for some reasonit feels wrong not to have st least some combat abilities. Call me a hypocrite, but with my other accounts (who I got to level 84 combat with), I always explained how much I did not like ranged. After trying ranged properly I actually found it is a very wonderful skill.
The Issue, I want to understand if people think I need to stop being a low level, and start training ranged (perhaps with a little bit of def for those armours). I do not mean like… reach level 60 then cease… I would love to get 80+ ranged because it’s such a cool ability. I said that if I got a 99 whilst remaining level 5, I’d consider levelling up in battle. I really don’t understand why Ranged sticks out so much, but it’s a skill I actually enjoyed training (if only to level 67) together with my other account.
Regarding Firemaking, as I said earlier – My aim was/is to reach 99 fm. I’m 88 atm burning maples. It has been fine so far but I have ran from maples to burn (and money). I chose maples since they’re cheap and faster than willows. Problem is, is that I’ve 62k willows in my bank which I was going to work with for firemaking (can get me around 96-97 when all burned), but burning 62k looks somewhat daunting… something that I overlooked somewhat when I purchased them. So today I am trying to sell them for maples (I will cut yews to produce money to get maples when demanded ). Should I stay with maples and attempt to market the willows, or cheap OSRS gold burn off the willows (will have quite a while, I imagine)? Cheers for your time.
