Oh yeah, that is certainly the case. And Nook Miles Ticket it’s annoying many gamers because the material they’re withholding was available in earlier games and staples of their franchise (it seems odd to make us wait 1-2 years for Brewster, for instance ). They clearly want to milk this game for so long as they could (even more so now that it’s turned into a massive victory as a result of Covid).
Exactly! We have not even gotten any actual new content aside from… pumpkins? Every update so far has just been adding things from previous matches. While it’s nice to have upgrades to pull me back into the match it would be even nicer to include new characters/events/furniture that we haven’t seen before.I thought it was just coincidental that the match was released through lock down. I don’t know what to think
There’s a whole lot of things lost but a ton of improvements too. These days, I’m not really amazed when a new software (including games) fail to add features of their past iterations. The missing sets I can understand with the frequent updates and it seems to follow the Animal crossing cellular game model, but things like: villagers moving in and out houses, requesting to visit your Home, hide-and-seek type mini games, arbitrary activities like kicking around a soccer ball are thing which gave villagers life
Honestly, this is one reason I could not get into NH. One of my favourite things in NL was that you can simply speak with the villagers and they would always have something interesting to say about the town or at the time of day or the weather or what they or you were wearing and they would often give you a bit of task or a question after only some interactions. I believe I could count on the amount of jobs I’ve been awarded in NH on one hand and even though I have not played that much that they rarely tell me something new. I actually really miss NL’s songs but I Believe that is the case for buy Animal Crossing Bells most of us
